Expected outcomes and deliverables

We are seeking the participation of two companies for the 2024 Winter term, spanning from January 15 to March 31, 2024. Final project deliverables will comprise student consultant reports encompassing their research, analysis, insights, and recommendations.


In terms of engagement, we kindly request company representatives to participate in a 30-60 min virtual session with our students. The scheduling of these sessions will be based on the availability of company representatives.

Requirements

In this assignment, students will conduct an overview of your business, gaining an understanding of your industry and competitive landscape. As a participating organization, you can guide their research by specifying particular areas of interest and providing context about your challenges. Allowing students to perform an unbiased assessment and review will yield unique insights from their analyses.


Students will identify strengths, weaknesses, and areas of opportunity. They will then provide recommendations in one or more areas to address your business needs and offer insights into potential growth areas.
