Project Description: ZenithBlox is looking to refine its financial infrastructure to enable effective decision-making, support scalability and be Investor-ready. This project will involve developing a “ Financial Operations (FinOps) Blueprint ” that includes basic dashboards, metrics, SOPs and Scenario Planning tools that supports operational readiness and investor conversations. Project Goals: Create lightweight but scalable financial tools and documentation that ZenithBlox can use to track cash flow, monitor key metrics, and enforce basic process discipline. Deliver a dynamic model that calculates monthly burn, cash runway, and provides toggles for different funding scenarios. Identify and visualize essential financial KPIs. Create concise, plug-and-play SOP templates to guide essential finance processes.
